P O U T I N E We’re taking part in @lapoutineweek with @skipthedishes starting tomorrow! Our teams at each location created their own signature poutine, and for a little bit of fun we are also putting them head to head with each other for some friendly competition! Ok, maybe NOT-so friendly. Jasper Ave is going in with their’s animal style: Curds, house-made gravy, crumbled beef, caramelized onions, dill pickles, topped with our soon to be famous secret sauce.... St.Albert is dropping a Spicy Fried Chicken Poutine: curds, house-made gravy, crispy chicken, pico de gallo, spicy miso mayo, black sesame seeds. BOTH are available at EITHER location. Try them both and let us know which one deserves the title of Roi de la poutine! (That’s totally French for King of the poutine.)

At Central, you can get your holiday fix, but in groups of no more than six. That’s why we are offering a 3-course, plated dinner, including champagne for $37 per guest. We can’t thank everyone enough for the support you’ve shown us these past months. We’ve always prided ourselves on being the perfect place for people to come together and enjoy the company of friends. We’ve adapted to the new normal, and you’ve helped us do that by following all the health guidelines we’ve put in place to keep everyone who works and visits Central safe. With that being said effective today until Friday, November 27th our hours are temporarily changing to reflect the new AHS guidelines. Liquor service will now end at 10pm each night and we will be closing at 11pm. Don’t worry, nothing else has changed (wing night, brunch (phew!), happy hour..) and we look forward to seeing everyone during these adjusted hours!

S T A F F S E C R E T So this happened. Remember our fish and chips? Well some of the staff kinda went rogue and started using the battered fish to make fish tacos. Initially we were just running out of fish and taco stuff, but after that we decided to ask what you guys thought about it! Well, we’ve heard you loud and clear and we are proud to welcome our Haddock Battered Fish Tacos to the menu! See you this weekend!
