Built By Division Mindset Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass It’s about learning to dance in the rain. Vivian Greene Let’s not wait for the perfect time.... Let’s instead just create it. Just start. We’ve used this approach in our strategy pieces. As we transition from the double-under rope to the wallballs, let’s just start. If we can remove that moment of hesitation, we quickly find those first repetitions are always there and more. We surprise ourselves with a set of 15 reps, when we could have bet our lives that we might fail the first. We can either await the picture perfect moment, or we can get outside and create it.

Waterloo Region is in desperate need of support, what has happened to so many in our own community this year alone is tragic and heart wrenching, we need to ban together to help as many as we can through these very difficult times @crossfit_division @northxfitness, @redline_functionaltraining & @f45_training_doon are hosting an ONLINE and IN-GYM fitness fundraiser raising money and donations for our homeless community in support of @beautifulsoulsKW Thank you to o...ur sponsors: @trulocal, @mambellas, @lifeaidcanada. On average, there is 1 new person on the streets a day in KW, and with hotels/shelters being at max capacity, they have nowhere to go. All proceeds and donations will help our homeless community survive the winter and hopefully obtain resources to get off the streets There will be TWO in-gym and live streamed classes (10:00AM and 11:00AM) held at ALL participating gyms. Choose to participate at any of the hosting gyms. There is a $10 donation entry fee for online participants, in-gym participants may donate $10 OR a physical donation (min. $10 value). In gym participants please bring your donations to class; online participants sign up using our Eventbrite link to donate (link in bio) Please swipe to see the most needed items list. Power Yoga Stretch Join Elly @elly_bradley on Wednesday’s at 7pm for a Power Yoga Stretch class. Elly is a certified yoga and pilates teacher and has been sharing her passion for health and wellness for over 20 years! You can check out her bio at www.ellybradley.ca Each 45 minute class will focus on deep stretching for your whole body and is not a traditional yoga class. There will be a downward dog in there but also runners lunge, cossack stretch and banded stretches. This ...will be a great opportunity to target those tight muscles (which ones aren’t tight??) Yoga and stretching can improve your flexibility, stability and range of motion which will result in deeper squats and greater wrist mobility for those thrusters and so much more! The one on one Elements program is an opportunity for new athletes to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit who are looking for more of a private setting or who have limited availability. Athletes will graduate Elements with a basic understanding of the CrossFit methodology including the fundamental movements, proper warm-ups and cool-downs, nutrition and mobility. _ Want to know more about getting started or have specific questions?
