A few more products from our jam and jelly line. Although all of our products have maple syrup in them, I think the jams and jellies are one of my favourite thing to make. There's something very satisfying about everything from smashing that fruit to seeing the jars all lined up while they are "setting".

Yah!!! After many weeks, we are opening again. We will be open Thurs. Fri. and Sat 10-4. To ensure everyone's safety we will be open with space restrictions and a 2 people-at- a- time limit. Masks are mandatory inside and we do offer parking lot pick-up for those unable to wear one. Good day all! We are having some fine weather for early April! Let's hope it continues for awhile. Because of the on going COVID-19 issue, we will continue to offer non contact pick-up only for the time being. We has a great supply of Maple syrup as well as our other products. This little beast has been a down right terror in the sugar bush this year. Following bubbles in the sap lines are a great pastime. Too bad he had to bite at them each time. Now that the sap has finished running, he has made his way to the shanty and taken up residence there. Great company! We continue to do our phone in and social media sales. (At least until April 13th) Along with our syrup we also have all of our other products available. Well the syrup making season has finally come to an end. We were able to get almost a full crop off and the quality has been excellent. Right now we are able to do phone in or online orders only. We will know better after April 7th when we might be able to open again to the public. Because we are a "food production facility" with strict regulations, we are an essential, so under our governing bodies we can conduct business under strict conditions. Yes, I'll take that. We can get syrup out to our customers and still be able to ensure absolute safety. So, here's the protocol... ... You call me at 519-443-8561 and we will do a prepaid order. We will agree on an appointment time. Right now we will also be working outside of our regular Thurs. Fri. Sat. hours. When you arrive at the agreed time, I will put your order outside at the front door. To maintain our safe distance, please remain in your vehicle until I am back inside. Along with every other non essential business in Ontario, we will now be closed until April 7th. Sad for having to close longer, apprehensive for the future but very grateful that Premier Ford is taking this strong stand in the fight against COVID-19. We have had a very good syrup production year and look forward to providing all of our customers with their supply of maple syrup. For those... of you that have called ahead to order your maple syrup, we certainly will hang onto it for you and will be giving each and every one of you a call for pick-up as soon as Ford has given us all the go ahead. Because of the very real threat of the COVID-19 virus approaching our area, we are more concerned than ever for the health of our customers and family. We are trying to do our part in flattening the curve and have made the very hard decision to close completely until March 31 when we will await direction from our governing bodies . We are all trying to do our part in "flattening the curve", so the shop will be closed until March 31rst and we will be doing non contact sales.
