The Charlotte Manor Ritson ave. We are located right beside Caribou Field and close to all West Village Shopping and Schools. Minutes walk from down town and a city bus stop right out front. All our units come with free heat and hot water and 1 parking space with plug. You would need to set up Hydro for the unit and any Internet, TV or Phone service that suits your needs. This apartment building is clean and quiet with on site management and security entrances. Coin laundry... on the main floor with a gated back yard and garden. We do not allow dogs but a cat or two with pet deposit may be considered. Seniors and Children Welcome!! We have Zero tolerance for Parties or drug use and all our units are no smoking.
