This is the most reps I've ever done with 265 lbs . Working on my front squat has forced me to focus on my mobility. The front squat was always a weakness of mine and I used to hate doing it . Actually, I could always bench press much more than I could front squat . Working on the exercises you hate the most will often pay off the most. Do you agree?
