Many people are wondering how much the GTA real estate market has changed over the last 3 months. Here is a direct example. This house was Sold in Apr 17' for $142k over asking price. The buyer ended up backing out of the deal before closing which caused the Seller to re-list the home in Jun (after the new housing measures were implemented). The exact same house ended up selling for $195k lower than the price it sold for in April.
