Another busy day at the spring shop, did some service work and adjusted a good customers Gobi roof rack, made a couple custom tractor u bolts for a local farmer, booked a couple more jobs and just finished up these custom 05 Tacoma 5+1 leaf springs that are getting installed tomorrow. They will make the truck more reliable for packing weight and towing and the fella can rely less on his air bags.

Dave’s 15 Ram 1500 came in for a few things, new front struts with coils, a 6 BDS lift and some air bag relocation brackets. With all the add ons he’s already done, tires and rims, front and rear Warn bumpers, winch, canopy, I couldn’t let the rear diff go out looking rusty. It’s always the little extras that make customers happy.

One levelling kit with front shocks, one broken leaf repair job on this work truck, 3 sets of springs with shackles and ubolts out the door. All by 230. And now it’s cleanup time. Not a bad day.

Stopped by the shop to bend up a set of ubolts this morning, and another guy called and said he had a little job to do. He tried changing the arch on his transverse leaf for his old project and messed it right up. I fired up the arching press and he’s all ready to go
