Motorcycle parts that we forgot to post here last week. Helped out a friend from the Niagara region with his 1967 BMW R60-2 Stripped, bead blasted, repaired dents, rock guard on undersides to prevent future star chips, epoxy prime, single stage urethane to achieve the proper shine and have stripes as original. Some shots of factory striping for reference too .

Things have been crazy around my place for the past month, sorry I had not posted lately, the Cobra is really close to heading out the door now to the greatest customers/ friends anyone could ever wish to work along side...

We have the Cobra in paint, now for a little detail polishing and off to get interior ...

Inner structure completed so we could do installation of hood hinge kit. Normally a pretty routine job but this hood had no inner structure, just an outside skin. Had to determine thickness of block, location of hinge holes etc to make it fit and work with the elaborate geometry of this well engineered kit. Sometimes you bring in the big guns for those tight spots , thank you Kelsey Stapley..

Faux hood scoop and rivets are completed

TheCobra project is getting very close to paint now, inner hood structure that was never in this car is made, hood hinges are attached and functioning now, fitment is the last step left and we are ready for paint I believe..

We can fabricate metal For projects other than cars too, how about a vintage ice cream parlour bench..

Yes we have a glass bead blast cabinet for those delicate piece requiring stripping. Cat C13 ( nope 3406E) valve covers and Peterbilt power steering reservoir .

A Factory Five Cobra in for a few upgrades and a fresh straight tuxedo .. Modified the high back racing buckets as well to better suit the build style, they are out for upholstery now. Many hours block sandi g in prep for black paint. This car arrived roller painted in oil based rust paint!
