So this way a delightful first - oven baked quaisidillas! While the frozen chicken breasts cooked in the steamer in the microwave seasoned with Fajita, I assembled the tortillas, grated cheese, chopped chives. I made salsa with the Poco Picante spice and added Nacho Cheese to the yogurt (instead of sour cream). I layered the chicken, cheese and chives on the tortillas and added Fajita and Nacho Cheese seasoning to that. I added two more tortillas and folded the edges over... (looked like a big envelop - sorry forgot picture at this stage) and put another sheet pan on top to flatten it. I put it in the oven at 450 (with the empty pan still on top) for 10 mins then removed the pan and let the top crisp for 4-5 more mins. I cut it with a pizza wheel. Nom nom nom.
