We're thrilled to have received so much support and encouragement from the Hycroft community this year, as we navigate our first virtual event and develop processes to keep everyone safe this winter. If you are due to collect your Christmas at Hycroft order between now and Sunday evening, please be mindful of our pick-up policies:... Please only come to Hycroft if you have placed an order online and booked your time slot Arrive within your 30-minute time slot (for instance, if you booked a 4pm slot, please arrive between 4pm - 4:30pm) Follow the Christmas at Hycroft Pick-up sign to find the Ballroom entrance Please only send one person per household in, to help us keep numbers down Wear a mask and use the provided hand sanitizer when entering the Ballroom Have your photo ID and email confirmation ready - printed or digitally is great! If you opted for Curbside pick up: Please park in the designated stalls Display your Name and Order number on a piece of paper on your dashboard Call the Hycroft Office to ask for your order to be brought out to the car Unlock your trunk or back door - a volunteer will place it in there without you needing to get out of the car.
