Thank you to students from Gleneagle Secondary who helped tackle English Ivy removal near Suterbrook Creek in February. English ivy is an invasive plant that can escape from your garden and cause damage to our urban forests.

Good morning neighbours. We're expecting high winds today. Be prepared for power outages. Be sure to exercise extra caution around downed power lines! If you see a downed power line, stay back at least 10 metres and dial 9-1-1 when it’s safe to do so. When asked if you need assistance from police, fire or ambulance, make sure you ask for fire to be directed to the appropriate fire department.
