GOOD NEWS!! It looks like our COVID 19 safety measures and protocol have paid off!! We finally have received our last test result making all 36 of CJs staff negative and CJs covid free!! We will be announcing soon on our dine in and take out/delivery reopening date. Keep in mind we will be at the restaurant Monday to Thursday 10am to 2pm for gift card sales. We will see all of you soon!!

If you were looking to buy CJs gift cards before Christmas we will be at the restaurant from 10am to 2pm Monday to Thursday. You can call in your order at 905 372 9784 during those hours for curb side pick or come to the restaurant and place your order there!

We were hoping to wait until all results came through to blast out an ALL CLEAR post but some test results can take longer than others and we are sure everyone is waiting in anticipation for an update on where we stand. That being said we are happy to announce that 33 out of 36 tests have come back negative including Chris Waller, all serving and management staff. We are just waiting for 3 more negatives before we celebrate!

We would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and well wishes. At the same time we would like to assure all of our patrons that there is nothing for them to worry about at this point. The employee that tested positive would not have come in close contact with any of our guests. If there is any reason for anyone to worry you will know as soon as we do. Throughout this pandemic we here at CJs have practiced covid safety measures and protocols to the utmost of our ability. We have been complimented by patrons and professionals frequently to the point of being chosen by the health unit to film a training video for their staff. With this being said for the safety of our patrons and staff we will be closed until we have completed a deep clean and sanitation and until all of our employees have been tested for Covid-19 as one of our employees has tested positive from an outside source. We will keep you updated and informed as we carry out this process. Stay safe.
