A little throwback from last year. Happy Halloween everyone and stay safe!

Still some more work to do on the renovation to our own home but here’s a little update since we removed the concrete step and false roof the whole way around. We added a porch, new front step, and replaced the old siding while adding some stone to the front. Let us know what you think of the new colors!

We removed and replaced this old deck and patio door. We fixed the rotten sill, replaced the exterior trim around with maintenance free PVC trim, properly flashed the deck into the house and covered all of the framing with a joist protection tape. Let us know what you think of the new upgrades! Sometimes to get the perfect shot, we put the cubevan to work.
