Believe it or not, it's that time of year again! Get your furnaces checked over - and if you haven't checked your heat pump that should be done as well. Regular maintenance helps prevent breakdowns later when you really need your furnace to work.... #MaintenanceMonday

Remember to change your filter! If you have air conditioning - or even just running the furnace fan for circulation your filter is still at work. Making sure to change your filter ensures it's doing its job to filter the air coming in and keeps good airflow in your system. Restricted airflow puts pressure on your furnace and/or air conditioner which can lead to the unit shutting off or even needing repairs.
