If you blow this pic up, you can make out the crack on the inside face of the column. This is a rad we came across while testing the lines in a customers home t...hat they are selling! Unfortunately they left the heat off during the winter and did not drain the system completely. We are waiting word from the home owner whether they want the rad repaired, by removing the section that has cracked or replacing it. Will keep you updated! See more

We are in the process of excavating an older 4" cast iron sewer main. It served a car wash and the building is being converted to a restaurant. As you can see from the pics, there is major debris/clay lining the pipework. So out it goes!! More pics coming soon showing the excavation work and pipe replacement!

Bathroom Reno job in progress. Removed old tub, installed new jet tub, shower valve, electrics and tiles. Updates coming soon.
