We waited an extra hour, then turned 12 today! On this day in 2008, we opened the doors of CR to the public for the first time. Oh, what a ride it's been. Heading into year 13, we are both nervous and excited. Feels very much like it did back in 2008. Hopefully things will work out well as they did before.... We are in uncharted territory with uncertainty and rapid developments. We are making every effort to follow the recommendations of the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, local health departments, and the climbing community. We have decided to suspend all operations in order... to ensure the health and safety of not only our guests but also that of our employees. We will close Monday, March 16th, until Monday, March 30th at which time we will review the situation to determine when we may open again. While we continue to vigorously clean all surfaces, be aware that climbing holds, ropes & grigris cannot be fully sanitized. Please wash your hands before and after you climb! If you’re feeling sick or have been in contact with someone who is- please don’t come into the gym! We believe these actions are important to help flatten the curve and reduce the transmission of COVID-19 throughout our beloved climbing community. Be safe and we’ll be waiting for you. Yes, we remain open for climbing and yoga classes. We are taking public health seriously by following personal and facility hygiene best practices and making some changes to our cleaning protocols and yoga studio mat/prop usage.
