Born and raised Calgarian, mom and wife I’ve had a passion for feel good movement for as long as I can remember. In 2010 I took a solo trip to India and completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training. I loved the experience but never found my place teaching in Calgary. After joining Club Pilates on opening day I realized that movement and connection is still my calling leading me to take my Pilates teacher training. I’ve got a love for nature, and am often exploring the mountains be it on foot, bike or cross country skis. I can’t wait to get to know all of you and create a welcome, safe space for every body!
