Now more than ever it's important that we stick together. Join us for an in-person conversation about how to support a loved one who is struggling with their mental health. We'll discuss ways to listen, show empathy, and connect to resources in the community. We're hosting this session in both Montague & Summerside. To register, contact Amanda at [email protected] This session offers a preview into the full CMHA Family Program: Finding Hope & Building Strength. The next 8-week Family Program will be starting in the spring.
