FOCUS ONNYOUR FOOD They drove the attention span down with the chemicals in the foods, vaccines, drugs etc.. So that they only need to hit a person with disinfo for a brief moment.. Once a person who is chemically compromised like this sees something emotionally stimulating.. ... They're wound up easily & their emotions override their already short patience & attention span.. Emotions get out of control when temperature control is lost.. this happens easily when the hypothalamus is compromised by these chemicals. See more

This is quality info. Please give yourself a moment to sit down and read this. With an open mind. ... No background noise, pause. Plug in to the present. Be still for a moment. Engage with the part of yourself that is open to information. The child like version of ourselves that used to be excited to learn new things. Ignore the raging adult that wishes to be right all the time. Emotions can become subjective. You have more control than that, right?

Ontop of shilajit I take and make another supplement called Magnesium Bicarbonate. This type of magnesium is a liquid form and is one of the most absorbable forms of magnesium sitting at around 50-55%. Compared to other magnesiums (ex: magnesium carbonate at 20%) bicarbonate is almost twice as absorbable! The reason its critical people should be supplementing magnesium in a bicarbonate form is due to the fact that 85-95% of North America is deficient in magnesium!... When a supplement such as magnesium is introduced to the body it begins to run and operate 42% of your body and without it the body falls apart, it runs over 3,750 enzymes in the body out of 25,000, that’s 1/6th of your enzymes. Once the body has the opportunity to start running again the metabolism begins to function and and a gentle detox can begin. We have tons of inorganic calcium from our modern day food and water supplies. In the mineral world each mineral regulates another in this case magnesium regulates calcium and without magnesium we reach a point of calcification, this calcification can lead to unwanted aches, inflammation, lack of oxygen to the cells and tissue death. Without magnesium you can’t convert stored vitamin D to be useable and can lead to even more calcium getting into the body leading to even deeper calcification so you must have magnesium first before even thinking about vitamin D! I make a magnesium bicarbonate supplement and am happy to sell it to those who require its potential to heal, repair, and allow the body to fucntion This is available in the Regina, Saskatchewan/ Regina area. Aswell; currently available on Vancouver island Please send me a message if you are interested in either buying some bottles for you and your loved ones. Or if you would like to learn how to provide this amazing supplement for you and your family! While supplies last I will be making ALL my magnesium bicarbonate with Pristine Hydro water. Which already adds trace minerals and electrolytes to the water aswell and cleans it from ALL contaminants and acids (I'm so grateful to be drinking real water again) Thank you God for this opportunity to share and serve real water again.. 1 Jar : $15 2 Jars: $30 3 Jars: $40 If you are looking to pick up in Regina. My mom will take care of you. Just message me to make your order. Bliss

So I take a supplement called shilajit which has 84 + trace minerals, it is really beneficial because NPK Fertilizer (all grocery store produce uses NPK) it has only 3 minerals! Our bodies need 102 minerals to function well! ... I've been taking shilajit for 3 years now and I would recommend it to EVERYONE. Unless we are growing our own garden and are concious of the mineral in our soil there is a good chance of deficiencies! Dm me for more info!
