I took my Nordic poles to Australia in November and pole walked with my good friend Sandra along the beaches and walkways of Byron Bay, Sydney and Melbourne. A great way to get some exercise and sightsee at the same time!

Hello CV Nordic Pole Walking Community Now that the days are getting longer and warmer its time to dust off the Nordic poles. Monday Walking Workouts will start again on Feb 27th. Join us this Saturday for Nordic pole walking training for the TC 10K. Meet up just up from the Nymph Falls parking lot - around the bend before the airpark at 10:00 am. The weathers great for NPWing - Monday meet-ups at 4:30 at the Courtenay Airpark by the boat launch. Post a NPW picture of you on our FB page and have a chance to win new rubber feet.
