We may have had snow last weekend , but as soon as the temperature is above 4*C again, the ticks are looking for a meal. This little guy came in on a patient today, still wandering around looking for somewhere to feed. Right now ticks are hanging out on leaf litter , long grass , mulch and trails , just waiting for your pet (or you) to pause and give them a moment to climb aboard! ...
