With the holidays fast approaching, we have Gift Cards available in any denomination. Gift Cards can be used towards any product or service we offer.

Our next set of tips for the new Spray Tan unit is for AFTER your tan. Depending on the products you choose and the condition of your skin, your results can last up to 7 days. To maximize your results: (1) Avoid activities that provoke sweating or any contact with liquids during the development of your spray tan. (2) Do not apply creams or makeup during the development period. (3) development time can vary depending on the type of sunless solution used. (4) Do not use soap, shave or exfoliate during the first shower of your tan. (6 hours later is recommended) Rinse until the water is clear and gently pat skin dry after.

As we get closer to offering Spray Tans, here are some tips to prepare for your session BEFORE you come in: (1) Moisturize consistently a week before your session, not the day of. (Not recommended 24 hours before your session). (2) Shave, Wax and Exfoliate skin at least 24 hours before your session. (3) If you need to shower the day of, take one at least 3 hours before your session and rinse only. (4) DO NOT use lotions, oil based exfoliating products, gels, waxing or... shaving creams as these could leave a barrier on your skin which will not allow your tan to develop properly at least 24 hours prior. (5) DO NOT wear makeup, sunscreen, lotions, perfume or deodorant to your session. (6) Wear DARK and loose fitting clothing to your session. See more

Tingle Lotion isnt for everyone, you either like/love it or you dont. How does tingle work? What does it do? Tingle products deliver a warming, reddening effect on the skin. Tingle products increase the skin cell's microcirculation and oxygenation to produce deep, dark tanning results. Tingles are for advanced tanners and are not recommend for beginning tanners or individuals with sensitive skin. Tingle products are also effective on hard-to-tan areas such as women's legs. As with all tingle products, extra care should be taken when handling children and pets as the reddening effect could be transferred to skin even hours after use. To achieve a healthy, blemish free glow, it's important to remove all your makeup before tanning. Makeup will act as a barrier and could cause uneven tanning.

After your tanning session, your tan will still keep developing for up to 3 hours afterwards, so avoid having showers during that time to maximize your tanning results.

Tanning Tip! All of our tanning lotion we sell is for both Indoor and Outdoor Use. When using the lotion outdoors, please be aware that there is NO SPF in the lotion so you will need to apply SPF lotion first and once it's dry, apply your tanning lotion. This will help you get a darker tan while enjoying the outdoors!

You're likely wondering what do all these tanning words mean, like Bronzer, no Bronzer, tingle, etc. Lotion with no Bronzer is often called an Intensifier or Accelerator. This means that there are no added bronzers. The ingredients contain Melanin boosting ingredients to increase your natural ability to tan by stimulating melanin production. Lotions with Bronzers contain 1 or 2 types of Bronzers. There is the Immediate Bronzer which contain a cosmetic and/or natural ingredients that produce immediate bronze color. The results are color lasting 1-2 days. These tanning lotions all have Bronzer in them, but at different price points. Lower priced products will still give you color and some have minimal skin care ingredients. Higher priced products contain a better quality blend of ingredients that have a higher focus on skin care such as hydration and moisturizer, while some even have anti-aging formulas in them. Did you know? Dry skin will reflect the UV lights. To get the tan you want, using Tan Extenders will hydrate your skin, therefore your skin will absorb the UV lights. The best time to use Tan Extenders is after every bath/shower as that is very dehydrating to your skin. Quite often we are asked Why are my legs not tanning or as dark as the rest of my tan? The skin on the legs is thicker and harder and doesnt produce the same amount of melanin, which results in the legs getting a less tan. Also for women, shaving and waxing exfoliates the top layers of your already tanned skin. Using Tingle lotion will help tan your legs, however this product is not liked by everyone.
