Over 15,000 "Defend Our Parks" lawn signs distributed to Albertans, a massive letter writing campaign and significant efforts from the Edmonton Chapter's "Defend Our Parks" Working Group have caused the UCP gov't to blink. This appears to be a victory but we remain vigilant. Albertans love their parks and want to keep them publicly owned and operated with an emphasis on ecological integrity and public access.
