IMPORTANT UPDATE - Based on most recent information and events, please note that: We are cancelling the spring Mini, Rookie and Blazerball programs due to the uncertainty of events and permit availability. For at least two weeks after March Break, rep team practices and games are cancelled.... The OBA has cancelled OBA Championships, both Provincials and Ontario Cup, at the U11 and U12 age groups, and suspended all basketball programming for one month through Easter long weekend, at which time they will reassess health advisories and safety measures as they relate to COVID-19. The families of our U12 boys earn a medal for all the driving and cheering they did this weekend at the IEM tournament. The boys played games in Aurora, Newmarket, Keswick and King City! Wow! Congrats to the boys showing improvement and persistence in two nail biter games.

Our U13 Trailblazers teamed up with the Peewee Blackhawks for their own Everest hospital fundraiser event. They raised $155 to donate to the Everest Challenge being held at Blue Mountain on October 19. They hiked up the mountain as a team and did some CrossFit activities along the way. Way to go!

Fall tryouts for our rep teams are right around the corner! If your son or daughter wants to tryout, you will need to go to our website www.collingwoodtrailblazers.ca and register. Follow the instructions below: On the bar at the top click on the 'Registration Info' tab. Then select 'Register Now'. If you have registered for something on our site before, use your previous log in information. If not, you will need to create an account. Then, fill in the required information and select 2019-2020 Rep Tryouts. There is a $25 fee this year for tryouts. Players must be registered to tryout. We will share tryout times and locations once they are determined. Tryouts will take place in the first few weeks of September.
