We know 2020 has been full of the unexpected, but we feel incredibly fortunate that it was the year we were f i n a l l y able to open our doors! ... We may not have the most followers in the world, but when you imagine a room full of 4500 people cheering you on, well damn, that’s pretty amazing. So thank you. One thing that has really struck us this year is that as we continue to invest in local artists, we all have the opportunity for growth and to get better and better at our craft and how this creates such a beauty thriving community. You know... for the common good of everyone involved And we are so grateful for that opportunity of growth + reflection. We couldn’t have imagined that just 3 months after opening we would have been able to accomplish so many changes + upgrades to the shop. Our black waffle cones are made with black cocoa and a bit of activated charcoal, and the best part... the taste like Oreos ... *contains gluten, eggs and dairy* Next year we will work on a vegan/gluten free option, but for this year this the only one we have available.

White Chocolate Macadamia Cookie Dough available now in scoops and pints My (Cas) all time fav cookie! No, honestly, as a kid I used to sneak into our laundry room freezer, hop up on top of it and eat frozen White Chocolate Macadamia Cookie Dough from Neufeld Farms! So this was such a fun and nostalgic flavour to create. Here’s the breakdown We start by caramelizing white chocolate for 2 hrs, then gently incorporated it into our base. Then we roasted macadamia nuts wit...h Maldon sea salt and make the perfect white chocolate cookie dough. Does anyone else have such a distinct flashback when you eat ice cream?!

THE CRIME CONE Available Fri, Oct 30 + Sat, Oct 31st only We are so excited to release our very first composed cone a specialty cone composed of a limited edition waffle cone, ice cream, sauce and custom topping.... The CRIME CONE features a dark chocolate + activated charcoal cone, sweet scream ice cream, raspberry blood sauce and sugar shattered glass. The flavour profile is Cookies + Cream with tart raspberry, but the vibes are straight up freaky. We’ve also got an indoor photo wall, spooky playlist and a little contest for ya too. Lavender Pistachio A CG Classic and one of the first flavours we ever made. Subtly floral and slightly salty, our lavender ice cream is freckled with roasted + salted pistachios. Balancing lavender in ice cream can be tricky due to its potency, but we think we’ve balanced it quite nicely. We use culinary lavender grown by the amazing family at @tuscanfarmgardens located in Abbotsford and just a few blocks from where we got married. So it’s got an extra special place in ou...r hearts. Hickory Caramel Crunch This flavour I tell ya. It is so fun to eat! A bit sweet, a bit salty, then smooth AND crunch. It’s a party and each bit the experience starts all over again. There’s a lot that goes in to thus cult fav so here’s how we do it. First we make a smoky caramel, then we infused our base with it and throw in dark chocolate and sea salt covered natural potato chips.
