Discouraged Business Owner.. Yes, I am discouraged, mad as hell and heart broken . As a business owner it is our goal to become successful by providing excellent services, having good personnel and equipment and being competitive. We are not much different then anyone else. We also need to pay our bills, put food on our tables and roof over our heads. However, we take on the risks that most people don’t see, and we give up so much to see our businesses become successful... and to keep people employed. Our days begin before the sun rises or even before we leave the comforts of our bed. We start thinking of what the day is going to bring us, the challenges we might face or if we can pay the bills or make the next payroll, the list goes on. We continue to strive forward everyday and face the daily challenges to keep our business and people employed. Now we are facing losing our businesses because of the people who are controlling our provinces and country. Our governments don’t have a clue or even care what they are doing to the small businesses. How many small businesses might be force close their doors? How many workers are going to face losing their jobs? How have we become a country that is controlled by a minority Na Sayers, who are against everything we try to accomplish or build in Canada. It is frustrating to read yet another post that corporations do not want to invest in our country because our government puts up road blocks on every corner. We are become a country controlled by the minority interest. It will only end with small businesses being forced to close their doors because the opportunities are not there for them. We are not big corporations nor are we making millions, some of us don’t even get a pay cheque. We, as business owners, are ordinary people who has a dream to build a company, to provide for our families and to make a different. We need Trudeau, Horgan, Notley and Weaver stop playing their childness games with our livelihood. Now it is time that for our Provincial and Federal governments to start listening to the people or move on. There are many people who are fighting for our industry and we are seeing more support across Canada. We need to continue as Canadians to be strong and to stand up and fight for small businesses, for our jobs and for our industry. #madashell #heartbroken
