Who is ready to move together again? At a respectable distance, of course. Starting TOMORROW, CORE CLUB will offer ONE (1) x 50-min Group Fitness class per day at 12:00-noon. All classes are designed for participants to remain in place for the duration of the class (no moving stations, no sharing equipment), and use their own dedicated weights / area for the time in the studio. EMOM ( EVERY MINUTE ON THE MINUTE ) 20 minute workout Reps are 15 (advanced), 12 (intermediate) or 10 (beginner... Start with NO JUMP BURPEES, finish your set and wait for the minute to finish, move onto V-UPSfor your second minute. Repeat for 20 minutes total. Let us know how you did!

Here’s the deal: start with 1 push up in 1 minute, and increase the number of push ups by 1 each minute. Either way, this one will have your body burning and your heart rate pumping! Each set has 2 exercises, 30 seconds each, 10 second rest in between exercises with a 60 second break before moving to the next set!...
