@smalltownscoop is back at it with another team member introduction! Let us introduce a VERY special lady to the Core Juice team... everyone, meet Keelie! Daughter of shop owner Brandy, Keelie lives and breathes Core Juice (literally ) whether at home or at the store! She’s been helping her mama behind the scenes for quite some time, but has now officially joined the Core team! YAY! Keelie plans to pick up shifts between school and exams. You can also find her on the ...volleyball court during her free time. Pre-pandemic, she would love to spend time with friends or babysit (having 4 brothers & 1 sister must have been what made her a pro with the littles)! She’ll be behind this counter, this Tuesday evening at 3:30, so stop by and give her a warm welcome during one of her first real evening shifts! Like mother, like daughter Keelie’s fav Core product: a classic Core Coffee!

SURPRISE! You guessed it we’re expanding! We’re adding a whole NEW Bonnyville location to Core Juice and this one’s gonna be a whole LOT bigger too! Isn’t it beautiful!?... The crew is hard at work on all things inside... black ceilings, a ginormous prep space and cooler, a bar aaand PATIO! These are just a few things to get excited about but we can’t wait to show you the final product! A serious thank you is needed to our amazing Core Community for getting us to where we are today! Ever wonder where all our scraps and pulp go?! We are SO happy to announce that these cute little piglets have their own separate bin at the store now! We wished these cuties stayed this tiny forever but we can’t wait to see how our core scraps help them grow! We do our best to reuse and recycle here at Core Juice - the smoothie and coffee cups we use are 100% compostable and we are working towards glass bottles for our juices and wellness shots! ... BIG thanks to the owners of these piggies - Alexia Sharun & Devon Kalinski, for helping us find a sustainable way to discard our leftovers! Meet @chantel.19! One of our full time girls here at Core! She’s such a sweetheart and her official introduction has been long overdue...so here’s a little more about Chantel: Born and raised in Bonnyville, Chantel started training to become a competitive gymnast at the age of two! So, having that healthy diet and lifestyle that we strive for is nothing new for this girl! This year, she planned on going to school for hair at MC College in Edmonton, but when... the pandemic hit she decided to hold off until next year to get the real, in-person hair experience!
