Good evening. I hope that everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I want to remind you that tomorrow night from 5:00-8:00 I will be set up at Dolce Vita Spa's Wellness event. It is at her parking lot at 529 10th St., Hanover. I will have pumpkin gourds, several kinds of squash, cauliflower, broccoli, yellow beans, cabbage, carrots,sweet potatoes, white/warty and peanut pumpkins, bouquets of flowers, maple syrup, honey, local apple cider, and my preserves - pickled beets, chili sauce, sweet and dill pickles. Tomorrow, Sept. 25, is the last day for this Summer that I will be selling on Main Street Walkerton. I will be there from 8:00-5:00, and I will have some great Fall produce, as well as lots of items to decorate your home with. Here are some of the things that I will have: cauliflower, leeks, cabbage, McIntosh apples, spinach, mushrooms, pears, tomatoes, green onions as well as red and Spanish and bags of cooking onions, prune plums, grapes; green, red and purple peppers as w...ell as jalapeños and hot banana peppers; squash - strip-getti (a cross between a delicate or potato squash, and a spaghetti squash), butternut, pepper, celebration, banana and more; turnips, potatoes, kohlrabi, yellow beans, peanut pumpkins, gooseneck gourds, warty pumpkins, Mums, broom corn, home preserves (time to stalk up on pickled beets and chili sauce), maple syrup, delicious apple cider, peach and apple crisp ....and more! This is the final week for produce boxes. This week's box will have the following delicious items in it: 3 litre basket of McIntosh apples, quart of carrots, 1.5 L of mini potatoes, sugar baby watermelon, 2 lb cooking onions, pepper squash, quart of pears. Boxes are $25 and I need to know by Friday at 6 am if you would like one. Cash only. Thanks!

Tomorrow is Friday, so I will be on my street corner from 8:00 - 5:00. (Main Street Walkerton in front of the Library). I will have lots of delicious Fall fruit and vegetables and lots of items to decorate your home for Fall. Here are some of the things that I will have: peaches (a limited amount), tomatoes, grapes, prune plums, beautiful cauliflower, broccoli, leeks, pears, apples, red/green/purple/jalapeno peppers, mini potatoes as well as large potatoes, green and yellow... zucchini, radishes, green/red/spanish onions, spinach, beets, carrots, garlic, mushrooms, watermelon, celery, small cucumbers, green and yellow beans, english cucumbers and soooo many kinds of squash. Today I will have corn, yellow and green beans, PEAS, delicious peaches, tomatoes, cantelopes, watermelon, beets, peppers, onions, celery, garlic, gourds, squash, Fall Mums and grasses, preserves and all of my other usual tasty items. Good morning, it looks like it's going to be a beautiful day! Today Cormack Corner Market will be set up on Main Street Walkerton, and at 2021 Bruce Rd. 3 (the Cargill Corner). I will be at my usual spot on Main Street (in front of the Walkerton Library)tomorrow and Friday from 8:00- 5:00, with some beautiful fresh, local produce. I will have: a very few raspberries, and a very few heirloom tomatoes, huge cauliflower and cantelopes, watermelon, green beans, Red Haven peaches, blueberries, field tomatoes, savoy cabbage, local celery, fresh garlic, large zucchini, apples, pears, grapes, fresh basil, all kinds of different squash, mushrooms, spinach, ...spring mix, leaf lettuce, kolrahbi,carrots, cooking/red and spanish onions, beets, potatoes, plus my pickled beets, maple syrup, zucchini/pumpkin and banana bread, and new this week.....butter tarts!!! I also have Mums, fall grasses, basil pots, sunflowers, glad, and gourds. It's definitely worth the drive to come and see the great selection. It's a wonderful time of year to eat local!
