We will do our very best to answer everyone as fast as possible. We will be answering any voicemails at the earliest available time. Reservations will be taken via online at https://koa.com/campgrounds/cornwall/ or by phone at 1(800) 562-4194 We know everyone has their favourite sites, we are unable to guarantee specific site numbers, although we can promise you a particular type of site as long as it is available (Ex. Waterfront, Extra Wide). We will try our best to get your first, second, or third choice. Any long term reservations are required to be made via phone. These reservations may have special deposits/ Cancellation Fees. When booking please have dates readily available at the time of calling. To ensure fairness to all only book what you intend on camping. Please do not overbook with the intentions of canceling (Fees will Apply). With the uncertainty of COVID-19; Please be advised that all cancellation policies will stand. Need to Cancel? If you need to cancel your reservation, Please Call 800-562-4194 before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations are not acceptable. - Cottages/ Lodges- 60 Days Cancellation Notice is required. Please notify the KOA, which you have reserved by 4 pm 60 days before your scheduled arrival. - Basic Cabin- 7 Day Cancellation Notice is required. Please notify the KOA, which you have reserved by 4 pm 7 days before your scheduled arrival. - RV/ Tent Sites- 2 Day Cancellation Notice is Required. Please notify the KOA, which you have reserved by 4 pm 48 hours before your scheduled arrival. - Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits. - Holidays and special events may have a particular deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with your selected KOA for details. Reservations can be made Monday- Friday 9am- 5pm throughout the winter months till the campground reopens on May 21st through to October 11th.
