Here is how the graphics are made for the site. All of the graphics here are created on Adobe Photoshop (very old version, 4.0.1, but is applicable to all versions past that one). The terms included here are from Photoshop.

There were a few versions of the website. The site had an "Index" page, which was common for sites at the time. This was essentially a redirecting cover page.
