Please Read: - ONE Parent in the salon during your children’s appointments. - If your children have multiple appointments at different times, they MUST wait in their vehicle until their appointment time. - You will be asked to sanitize at the door. - If your family is new to Cosmo or haven’t been in since we reopened, you may be asked 2 questions in relation to travel and mandated isolation requirements. ... - Masks are not required. - Staff are all wearing masks when they are working on clients. PLEASE REMEMBER: We can not Squeeze clients in, because we have to operate under the capacity mandate for our building space and industry. We will work to accommodate your schedule and your needs, but we will NOT tolerate frustrated or rude behaviour on the phone or in the salon.
