Welcome to First Impressions Home and Cottage Staging! Hi, my name is Kim and my husband and I have owned a cottage in McKellar since 2010. Over the years we have done many renovations to make it a year-round cottage. Finally, in 2017 we decided to retire from our jobs in the city and move to the area full-time, making our cottage our permanent home. We absolutely love it here and couldn’t be happier! Over the years my husband and I have bought and sold a number of homes... and have come to realize the importance of home staging and the difference it can make to the sale of your home. Staging your home before you list it will help you sell your home faster and get you top dollar! After doing some research I realized that there were not a lot of businesses that offered home staging services in the Parry Sound area, which is where the idea of my business started. I have always loved decorating and decided to follow my passion, so prior to making the move here permanently I completed a Home Staging course, with the goal of opening up a business in the Parry Sound area. Now I can finally say, my vision is coming to life; I have started my business and I am looking forward to working with you to help you get your home or cottage ready for market so you can realize the benefits; selling quicker and for more money!
