We are wishing everyone a safe and happy new year! We are booking sessions for the week of January 4th, and have open availability, these will be virtual sessions until further notice!

Very excited to welcome Rochelle to the Creative Counselling team! Starting January 4th Rochelle will be working 2 days a week. Amazing article! Anxiety and depression hits girls a little harder as they develop and mature quicker, thus anxiety and depression does as well. Great resources for helping anyone really, but specific info on girls developing brains, have a read, it doesn’t disappoint.
