One of the legs of our tripod is getting married! ( or our 3rd leg as I once accidentally referred to Jordan as with the nicest intentions... yes that was a Fail!) Britt and I are both tag teaming her wedding day and I can only imagine the fun we are going to have! We dream about weddings, talk for hours about weddings, do all things weddings together... so it only seems fitting that we will be all together celebrating Jourdan who keeps us organized! We cant wait to be there for her and Andrew on such a special day! 6 more months ...eekkkk

Its Monday & we are drinking all the coffee today! With our new expansion of the loft our Pops Ups are even bigger and better then before. We are so excited to have a place to collaborate with so many hustlin creatives! This SATURDAY we are so excited to have the lovely gals from @daybyday.designs and @theprelovedlook take over our space. Both of these ladies have found a passion and are soaring with it! Success is believing in what you love to do and believing in yourself ...enough to do it. If youre looking for some cute & fresh spring outfits and /or some new home decor these girls are the best at both. This Saturday from 10-2:00 stop by the @creativesloft which is upstairs of the Prince Street Market. We know we have been MIA and well we appreciate you all not ditching us.. lol! We all have been so lucky to have had such incredible wedding seasons but now that we have a bit of down time we are so ready to PLAY! Now its time for something FUN! We have a really cool shoot concept that we are launching next week that you all might be interested in! We love coming up with new ideas and this is one we are so excited about. Ok yes this feed has been basically dead since wedding season took over! As two photographers and a videographer our lives for the past three months had been filled with flowers, couples, love and marriage and the not so pretty side of it is... plenty of late nights in front of the computer & too many red bulls & coffees.. so we kind of went MIA here at the loft but we are gearing up to come back and reunite full force next week! We are so excited about all the opportunities ...we have had to host workshops & popup shops since opening in the spring! This lovely gal Tracy from @theprelovedlook along side Britt from @daybyday.designs ( your pic will be popping up here soon too) took over the @creativesloft in August! It was so nice to have them in our space and provide a place for people to stop by and shop or even just chat & browse! It is always so nice connect with other creative entrepreneurs and we are currently working on a booking a few fun pop up shops for this coming fall so stay tuned! WE HAVE EXCITING NEWS! . . Next Thursday, July 19th from 4-7pm we are hosting another fun pop up with two seriously talented makers, Maggie Jayne and Sarah Sears! .... . Maggie Jayne was founded in 2015 by its namesake, Maggie MacCormick. The design studio is based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, imagining deliberately playful, lighthearted and versatile pieces. Maggie Jayne partners with a Jaipur-based Fair Trade Federation accredited manufacturer who supports skilled textile artisans and sources local, organic and fairly traded fabrics. . . Sarah Sears has been making jewelry in Nova Scotia for the past 10 years. Recently she has been exploring the making of large copper vessels and the use of patina on metal surfaces. Aside from this, she is interested in creating jewelry that resonates with people and has been built to last and improve with the passing of time. . . This is a pop up you won't want to miss! Come the end of the summer we might as well bring our sleeping bags with us here to the loft because I can sense some all nighters to tackle all the editing. Making memories and loving it

Wow ... last class today of our second round of our Photography Workshop! Our next Photography Workshop is starting up again this Sunday from 3:30-5:3O and then from 6:00-8:00. We couldnt be happier to have so much interest from all of you! Its all booked and we are still taking names for our next one which we will announce at a later date . . By the looks of this photo..... in addition to teaching shutter speed, aperture and iso we may need a quick session how how to pop a bottle of champagne... lol ( Just kidding Kyla) .... .
