Dryland training sessions: Next week, Feb 16/17/18 1pm Open for ages 6-12 Cost is $10 per session.... Sessions must be pre-reserved (email or message, FCFS) Limit of 9 per session. Older that 12? If the interest is there we will run a teens only session immediately following this one.

As much as we wish they were here for us.....

We've had a few people ask if we're bringing back the Kids and Teens classes since that is currently allowed within the new restrictions. Unfortunately, like many Albertans, we were caught off-guard when they changed their plan on Saturday morning. And, like many organized sports, we had already made some decisions, including 1:1 training schedules. So, we don't currently have room on the schedule to open the gym for these classes (we cannot offer 1:1 with adults AND kids during the same time). **That said - any interest in a 4 day dryland session next week during the day while the kids are off school?
