This is a tick that was fully engorged on a dog and fell off. It was put in a ziplock bag and we waited to see what happened to show you all. Its been in the bag for 2 weeks with no airflow and started to lay eggs about 5 days ago, continuing to do so even still today. Imagine not knowing this was on your animal and it fell off in your house. Youd have 1000s of baby ticks. GROSS! Please make sure your animals are currently being treated with flea and tick prevention. We know how prevalent they are in our area.

Hi everyone! I just wanted to share what happened here yesterday. As you may know, do to COVID we have guidelines to follow to be allowed to open. We have 2 barriers up outside in which we do not want clients or anyone, to cross. There is a waiting area with a bench on the driveway for clients to wait at with their dogs. We come out and go through our gate to come to get your pet. There are signs up asking you not to come passed these two spots. t with their dogs. Passed by the bench area then came through our closed gate and came up to our door and knocked. !! I put my mask on and opened the door a bit and asked him to please go back and wait at the bench. Billy went out and told him he had just crossed over 2 barriers and also mentioned he was not wearing a mask. Anyway, he took the dog and told him we would call when it was ready. Not very long after he sent a message to say he was waiting across the street for his dog. 15 minutes later he phoned and Billy told him we would be another 20-30 minutes. Well, he rather avoided that the dog was not ready yet and said he had somewhere to be and had to have his dog back!! (Unfinished) :( Never did he once tell us of the short timeframe in which he wanted his dog groomed or we would have told him that a full grooming including a bath and dry and hair cut would not be possible. Billy took the dog out partially clipped, bathed but not 100%dry yet and gave him back his (neglected) dog. Yes! The poor dog was in bad shape and had ear infections and swollen feet with toenails curled under to his pads :( So if you happen to "hear" rumours about Cuddles And Clips bad service, this is what truly happened. We got permission to open Tuesday!! If you had an appointment booked prior to the shut down you will be called today to reschedule your appointment in order for next week. All others that are on the waitlist will be contacted soon to schedule your appointment in order of the waitlist. If you have not called and are not on the list please contact us so we can schedule your next appointment for possibly 3-4 weeks from now as we catch up! Please be prepared for the new rules...! Please wear a mask. Bring your pet inside the gate, and remove all leashes collars and clothing. Place a slip lead on your dog and leave, closing the gate behind you. we will then come out to get your pet and they will be brought in and put straight into the tub! It is very important you have been brushing them so we might not need to shave them. If your pet is too matted and brushing them will be too painful for them, please understand we will do the very best we can Not to shave them. Their comfort comes before vanity. Also, it is very important that you are on time for drop off and pickups. As we must sanitize after your dogs leave and before we can bring in the next dog. (This all takes extra time) If there is a client here picking up when you arrive to drop off, make sure your mask is on, and keep a safe distance from them. Wait for them to leave and for us to come and sanitize the gate and leave a clean slip lead for you. Patience, please. This is going to take us extra time but it is all not only part of the guidelines we must follow to be open, but it is also for everyone's safety! We are excited to be able to give your pets the love and care they have been missing during the pandemic. We look forward to seeing all of you over the next few weeks! Cuddles To All! <3 See more

Just to let you all know, we do not do this!!! LOL

HI To All our clients! when we are allowed to re-open. We want to get all clients that missed their appointments first. We will be trying extra hard to make sure Everyone gets in and is Groomed the most comfortable clip they can be given. If you are keeping your pet brushed, and combed. (NO BATH) we will probably be able to give them their regular grooming! Bathing your dog will more than likely tighten up any tangles they had and will need to be clipped short. Also, If they... are becoming very matted and you are not able to brush them, then for their own comfort, we may need to take them down short. Booking your missed appointment NOW gives you a spot at the top of the list! Providing we are able to open May 11 as they are saying currently. If not, we take that week and move everybody down the list for the time they have extended the closures. Or email us at [email protected] We will schedule everyone in order first dogs that were cancelled out at the beginning of the closures. Anyone without a cancelled appointment we are booking dogs now for Monday, May 18. As of right now. Saturday, April 18. We will update this every day as long as it takes to get everyone wanting a grooming appointment. Any dogs just requiring a nail trim can come the first Sunday after opening. It will be a walk-up service. first come first serve to start at Sunday, May 7th approx 10am Day and Time TBA Please stay healthy stay home and keep washing your hands! This is Not over yet. We are so sad today as we have lost a dear friend Heidi She is a beautiful Golden Retriever and has been coming for groomings regularly the past few years. I can't seem to find a pic to post as I recently lost a ton of my photos Heidi was a big beautiful cuddly girl and we loved her very much. She will be sadly missed. Rest In Pease sweetness <3 <3

Parker was just dropped off for a 17-night vacation. We are going to do a daily Emmi-pet session and I cant wait to see his results!! We will post before and after pics.
