Only 11 Days to Go till the 2020 Terry Fox Run, which is also the 40th Anniversary of the Marathon of Hope!!! Due to Covid 19 this year it will be a Virtual Run, so we won't have the normal Live gathering and crowd coming out on Run Day this Year, so it is even more important to register now and start raising funds So Remember on Sun. Sept 20, 2020, it is Terry Fox Run Day! and when that day comes if you decide to go out for a run/walk/cycle/hike, remember to just respect dis...tancing guidelines and have Fun! Adult Boxing is BACK!!! New 12 Week Session starts on Wed Sept. 16th! Come and See why they call Boxing the "Sweet Science", and Train like a Fighter as you get in a Great Work out all while learning something new & fun!... These Classes, taught by former boxer Liz Zacharska of Fit in Fergus & Elora, will focus on Proper Boxing Technique & Fitness Conditioning. There will be Bag & Pad Work, but the classes will not have any sparring. The 12 Week Program starts on Sept 16th, and runs every Wednesday from 5:45pm - 6:45pm all for $165.00 + HST Hand Wraps & Gloves (required) can be purchased at the Academy. There will be some pairs of Loaners Gloves Available (sterilized after every session), but we do encourage participants to acquire their own pair.
