Staycations are alright by me... A nice lounge chair topped with a jaunty striped cushion... a chilled glass of crisp white wine... Isn’t it fascinating how we all see things through our personal lens of innate preference... I’ll give you an example... I am drawn to clean and cool ... I love crisp whites, clean cool blues and greens and I will always choose grey or black over brown. Some people are more drawn to warm tones, warm whites, yellows, orange reds, golds and brown neutrals. I think this may subconsciously be connected to how we feel when we wear these colours. As an example, I never wear yellow... because it makes me feel instantly ill. The psychology of colour and texture is absolutely fascinating!! So let’s have some fun... I snapped this photo of the barn this morning while we were having coffee on the porch. Which version of it appeals to you more? Cool or warm ?
