AgriResponse.ca: Enabling Canadian producers to be better prepared to face uncertainty A NEW website to help farmers prepare for emergencies, contingency plan a...nd improve their capacity to face uncertainty. Ask questions. Get answers. Find resources. Farm Management Canada has put together a new interactive website that will allow producers to ask all their questions about emergency preparedness and contingency planning through an online forum, and then receive answers based on the knowledge and experience of industry experts. The site has a question forum where you can vote for a question that has already been asked or write your own, an answers section where you can find the answers to all the questions that have already been answered, and a resource library which contains useful tools to help farmers prepare for uncertainty. https://www.agriresponse.ca/ has launched and is available to all Canadian producers for free! After much deliberation and discussion, the CYSA board has regrettably decided to cancel the 2020 competition. The safety of participants, their families, and our volunteers far outweigh anything else. And while we're very sad that we won't get to meet #CYSA20 competitors and hear all the amazing things you have to say, we'll be busy planning #CYSA21 and look forward to seeing you in Toronto, November 2021!
