Fibromyalgia and me

Started nerve block injections, 4 month ago, and wow it is really helping get at least 2 to 3 days with lessened pain. I know injections are for everyone however, North York Medical Pain clinic in Newmarket are great they understand, and are gentle and kind.

Another thing my headaches get worse but i try to keep it to myself. I have to keep it under tact, and put a smile on.

Thought i would try to help with the leaves today, started to rack and 10 to 15 minutes in surely my shoulders hurt, back is having its tantrum. Wow cant do anything and feel so useless, how can i not feel this who can i talk too?i want to feel like i am contributing to our relationship, i suck
