Well 2020 was a roller coaster none of us could have predicted but we got through. I want to thank all of my clients for showing me what loyalty means. Based on Dr. Russell's announcement today, Saint John will be returning back to the orange phase as of midnight tonight (Friday, November 20). Massage Therapy will remain open, however if you are experiencing any symptoms, have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive, or have visited any of the 3 potential public exposure venues identified by Public Health in Saint John, please reschedule your appointment. The public exposure venues are Rocky's Sports Bar, Big Ti...de Brewing Company, Java Moose Prince William Street location. Dates and times of potential exposures are available through Government of New Brunswick announcement on November 20. Now I know there isn't much available until the new year, so I encourage you to send me a message. In this message please include your preference (days and times... morning, afternoon or evening) and best way to contact you, and I will place you on the cancellation list and do my best to reschedule you. Reminder that masks are still mandatory. It is imperative that you only arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. This allows time to sanitize the space and for the client before you to leave. Also as much as I enjoy chatting with each of you, after your treatment I am asking that you leave in a timely manner to allow the sanitizing process to start. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancel policy is still the same, 24 hours and the price of your treatment. You will only be charged if I am unable to fill the appointment. No shows are full price of treatment. ***5 Days*** Starting to take clients on Monday, November 2nd at 20 Millennium Drive. Just wanted to update everyone that the move is going well. This is what the building will look like along with the sign beside the door that you will use to enter.... Look for another post with more communication as to where the sanitizer and washrooms will be in the following days. Looking forward to seeing everyone!
