This last year has been tough on all of us! Including our little ones! While Bell Let's Talk day is on the horizon, our focus on mental health and the mental health of our little ones is a priority all year long. Did you know that a survey conducted in the early days of the pandemic found that nearly two-thirds of youth, many of whom received mental health support prior to the pandemic, said their mental health had gotten worse and over 60% of youth reported feeling a combi...nation of worried, upset, sad and angry about the abrupt end to the school year, ability to see their friends, and uncertainty about the future. These are some big emotions that not even we know how to fully cope with. Follow along this month as we share some great ways to give our mental health and the mental health of our little ones some love while we continue to get through this pandemic together! We want to know! What's been the hardest thing to deal with during this pandemic for you or your little ones?

Did you know that regular physical activity for your child promotes healthy growth and development, stronger bones, muscles, joints and heart, better self-esteem and focus while doing other tasks like school, and so much more? That means, a regular dance class does so much more than act as a fun activity for your little one! We know that these times are tough but we're happy to still be able to continue classes through Zoom until we can be back together at the studio!... Thank you to our amazing dance family for bearing with us through these times and for continuing to show up for us and for your little ones!

Here at Dance Evolution, it is so important for us as teachers to be properly trained so we are able to provide our students with the absolute best dance experience possible! We still have room for your little one in our Tutu Cute class! This class is geared towards toddlers aged 1-2.5 where we'll be teaching movement, musicality and expression through the art of dance! For the safety of your children, the maximum class size is 5 dancers per class. Please note, parent participation is required. Join us for our Tutu Cute class running on Tuesdays from 4:50pm - 5:20pm!... Our office is closed until January 11th but give us a call at (705) 674-2616 and leave a message and we will get back to you once we've returned!
