I would like to take a moment and thank everyone for their continued patience as we continue to deal with the repercussions of Covid-19. As a community we are doing amazingly well!! As more and more people return to work, D&D is busier than ever, and the way we work has changed. COVID-19 will change how we do things in the next few weeks and maybe even months. You have heard me say many times how much I love my job and it is not because I love cars. It is because I love the interaction with every single person who walks through our door. This asshole of a virus has solidified that for me! Your vehicle is welcome (since we can spray it with alcohol) but people are not (the alcohol is for the vehicles only). Covid-19 is changing the way we work, live, and think. As the virus comes closer and closer to our little piece of heaven we would like to encourage everyone to skip the appointments and drop off their vehicles. Social distancing is hard to do in an office the size of ours ;) We would also encourage everyone to wipe down touch points on their vehicles. Germ Aware Car Repair!!

We are in disinfect mode! During this crazy time we would like everyone to know that it is a great time to get your vehicle repairs done. If you're home from work we can offer little to no contact. Drop your vehicle off, put keys through key slot. We will disinfect keys, door handles, steering wheels and window switches. If you want to pay with credit card over phone or e-transfer we can ensure we control the human contact. As a small business we do not have the luxury of closing our doors until we absolutely have to. Merry Christmas from all of us here at D&D Auto. As another year ends, its hard not to reflect on all the wonderful people we get to spend time with everyday. Running a small business in a small town we all grew up in, is something that we are forever grateful for. Even on our bad days we wouldn't want to be anywhere else, and that has everything to do with all of our wonderful customers who feel more like friends and family. As a small business we are also grateful for the ability to give ourselves time with our families over this holiday season. We will be closed Christmas Day through to January 1st.
