Last month’s sales were 57.7 per cent above the 10-year December sales average and is the highest total for the month on record.... On the neighbourhood features list, include: Locations of schools and daycare centres. Major retailers and shopping centres. Proximity to major commuting routes. Theatres, night clubs and other entertainment. Rinks, gyms and other sporting facilities. Green space, walking trails, and ponds.
