Just sharing because a lot of friends are looking into these thinking itsbok to just sign the developers contract ... don’t !

My Tip for the day: DID you know that you can avoid the new mortgage lending rules by getting approved through a provincially regulated Credit Union, if your having trouble getting approved at 2 points higher than the current interest rate, you can always try a Credit Union

You can still get a great price for your home, with the decrease in inventory, prices continue to keep steady, if not go up!
