Responsibilities you bring... Play an active role in inside sales and customer service with commercial accounts and retail clientele both on the phone and in person. Proficient computer skills using PartsWatch, Office365, and the internet to source parts. Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication. Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with customers. Effectively communicate with customers to ensure needs are being met. Handle customer complaints promptly, professionally, and efficiently. Assist with the formal quoting and tender process. Proactively research products to maximize understanding of key features and benefits. Assist in monitoring and maintaining store inventory. Assist with shipping, receiving and delivery of product when necessary. Ensure that the store appearance is organized, clean and presentable to customers. Requirements: Have an in depth understanding of automotive parts and systems. Punctual, outgoing, and persuasive Takes accountability Excellent interpersonal, communication and telephone etiquette Positive problem-solving attitude The ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Desire to work cohesively as a team Desire to learn and grow with the company Proficient reading, writing and computer skills 2+ years of inside sales experience High School diploma or equivalent required Perks: Comprehensive Benefits Package Employee Pricing Monthly Spiffs Family Values Job Type: Full-time, Salaried Position
