Hello all! I've been away from this page for a while. Thanks for all of those who have joined! I have a lot going on with DoYogaWithMe.com right now - which at least partially explains my absence, along with kids and life! I'll be here more often from now on to share what's in the works, including my #plasticfreeyogarevolution, online Yoga Teacher Training (launching in September, 2019), more 14-Day Yoga Challenges, and more retreats! Oh yeah, and brand new DYWM t-shirts and... tanks! Yay! Thanks again!
There is no way to describe a panic attack to someone who has never experienced one. It's overwhelming panic, anxiety, heightened stress, worry and dread all packed into one sensation. In this video I talk about this powerful, painful force, how common it is and how we can attempt to relate to it so that we can allow the panic attack to move through us, rather than take us over.
