Important Information for Customers Why Are We Opening This Week? Like many businesses, we have been closed since March. ... We expected to remain closed for a few more weeks. But on May 1st, the Government of Ontario slightly loosened their guidelines to allow certain sectors / businesses to reopen. You may browse freely without having to crowd into other customers. In fact, you can browse our collection ahead of time, by scrolling through our Facebook images, or on our website at www.debrandere.com If you have a particular item in mind, please contact us ahead of time to verify price and availability, to facilitate curbside pickup. We are committed to adhering to strict health and safety guidelines with respect to COVID-19. We request that customers maintain a safe physical distance, and please stay home if you're feeling unwell. What Are Methods of Payment? We accept Interac (preferred), Cash or E-Transfer. Sorry we don't have TAP or Credit Card functionality. Our debit machine is sanitized after each use. Only 1 customer is allowed at a time, inside the office to pay for purchases. Is Your Full Selection of Products Available? Almost. Birdbaths, benches, statuary, and flower pots are out for sale. We ask that fountain buyers wait until around May 15, when we expect to have our full display set up. We will of course post updates on this. Can I Use Your Bathroom? Sorry, not at this time. What Are Your Hours? This will change frequently. For the time being, we have chosen these business hours. It allows us to spend time manufacturing products and catching up on orders, while our store is closed. Monday May 4: 10-4 Tuesday and Wednesday May 5/6: 1-5 Weekend hours will be posted very soon. Bear with us. We thank you for your continued support and look forward to seeing old faces and meeting new ones!

*** Weather Alert *** Hard frost expected later this week folks! We don't want birdbaths to become skating rinks! To avoid damage to the concrete, please ensure that your birdbath and fountain bowls are drained, brought indoors or flipped over for winter. Also check your planters to be sure that they aren't filled with standing water. Sometimes drains get plugged as well!
