Non-brokered private placement is over-subscribed and the Company will increase the Offering to $2.5 million. The Company will proceed with a second closing during the first week of October 2020. A first closing totaling $1,373,200 was announced on September 10, 2020. Mining Forum of South Africa

The Company will proceed with a second closing by the end of September 2020.

Deep-South Resources will close $1 million on revised terms of its recently announced non-brokered private placement.

The Settlement Shares issued on closing, together with the 18,226,667 common shares currently held by Teck, will result in Teck holding approximately 26.9% of Deep-South’s outstanding shares on an undiluted basis, or 29.7% on a partially-diluted basis assuming the conversion of the principal amount of the convertible debt held by Teck.

With #copper prices on the up, Deep-South Resources has the potential to time its entry nicely, and investors will be hoping the management team has the skills to progress the copper project in an accelerated time frame. CRUX Investor
